W8 product key is in the UEFI bios built in the secure boot ROM there is no sticker of the product key. The last one to have it was Windows 7. So if you need restore disc you will have to order them through Dell if your copies don't work.

 

i only have the install disk image uploaded on 115, a chinese cloud storage platform and no restore disk image..... if you need it pm me for the details but it will be a clean install

i think you do now since you have 5 posts, i'm currently uploading the iso splitted onto skydrive since the 115 method is purely chinese, making it hard for me to explain to you the procedues and hard for you to identify the correct checkmarks to download the iso

I have read all day , I think it's a problem because the drive is RAID type and disk recovery does not have those drivers, I understand that I need a USB KEY for reset the Alienware
