    Maybe this is the wrong sub forum for this and i appologize if it is, but i need some help with "itunes"

    heres my situation...

    when im in itunes,everything seems to work normally, when i go to start a movie i had purchased from the store, itunes crashes, and just stops working and gets shut down...

    does anyone have any experience with this problem?
    can anyone offer some advice for me?

    Sounds like messed up itunes...

    i.e. right forum.

    If I were to hazard a guess - bad video driver/codec.

    Maybe you could post the exact error message, or check the windows error logs for a hint as to what exactly was the cause.
