Before iTunes updated from 4.7 to 4.8 (and now 4.9 I guess), there was a plugin that allowed you to use your multimedia keys without having the iTunes window active. I upgraded to 4.8 and got sick of not being able to use my multimedia keys when iTunes wasn't the active window. I downgraded to 4.7 again so it'd work.

Now iTunes occasionally acts up and I'd like to upgrade to the newest version. Does anyone know of any plugins for iTunes 4.9 (or even 4.8, but preferably 4.9) that enables you to use the multimedia keys without the window being active?

Thanks for any assistance. If I don't find one, I'll just get the 4.7 installer from my brother. For some reason, I'm using 4.6 right now (but the multimedia keys do work).
