I need a good music player. I'm very used to the user-friendliness and features of iTunes, but I don't like it. I don't exactly like Windows Media either. What are some alternatives I could try out?

Give as many suggestions as you can! Thanks :)

I only use iTunes because I used to have a ROKR. My new phone has no affiliation with iTunes and I in no way need anything having to do with Apple.

Do you need ipod connectivity? If so, ephpod might be your best bet.

    I like winamp myself.

I like media center edition 2005 so much that I got MCE tunes plugin for it to play itunes protected and unprotected music and video. It cost $15-$30 dollars however, depending if u need it to play protected music or want video capability get the $30 one, thats if u have a MCE pc or plan or getting one or an upgrade.

I have been using mediamonkey for about 6 months and like it a lot so far. I like the being able to connect multiple devices, and how it handle larger collections.
