    Hi there

I'm trying to backup my iTunes library using a USB Liteon CD/DVD burner and iTunes won't recognise the drive.

My other software is recognising it and windows says the drive is functioning ok.

How do I get iTunes to detect the drive is there?

Also is there any other way of backing up to a disc my iTunes library?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice. :)

EDIT: Never mind I found out the problem was that I had a system32 file left over from DaemonTools that was causing the problem.

Ok so I found out what the problem before with iTunes not recognising my burner was, but now I'm using iTunes to burn discs of all the music files I have purchased (currently in m4p format) but when I come to import the files it won't recognise the songs and I have to edit all the ID3 tags/info for the songs.

Is there a way to get iTunes to burn the discs with all the song/album info intact?

Any helpful advice would be appreciated :) It is taking me ages to import the songs and then I've got to redo all the info as well grrr
