    hi, i used to have a problem that when i go to open itunes, nothing happens, even if i reinstall. I also had a problem with office 07, there i get the "product has stopped responding" and when i go to uninstall, i get an error. I ended up formatting my my HD and reinstalled windows. i just found out im having the same problem. HELP PLEASE!!!

    What OS do you have? What computer do you have? Have you installed all of the required drivers/software prior to installing any applications? What other applications do you have installed? Have you done any troubleshooting yet (mem test, HD test, etc)?
