    inspiron 6400 save and open delay

    for some programs it's taking up to 10-15 seconds wait time when i open a file or save one. i have a 7200 rpm harddrive and 2 gigs of ram, t2400 1.83 ghz processor. anyone seen this? thanks

    try a clean install of windows i guess, I have a e1505 with 5400 hdd, 1 gig of ram, and same processor and i dont see this.
