I currently have vista installed. If I was to buy windows 7 and install it would I still be able to install my OEM verison of office 2007 on to it?

Do you mean from atechnical point of view or a legal point of view?

I suppose there are always technical ways of doing so...

    But more important legal aspects:
I suppose as its the same hardware (same mainboard to be exact) you should be able/allowed to instal it on the same computer.
    No matter what OS.

But read the license agreement - they may have placed a clause regarding OSes into it.

As long as you have the activation code and is legal you'll be okay.
