my internet explorer 32 bit has these little problems which i believe are all related, a small minor problem is ctrl-f find does let me search, it opens but will not let me press next or previous,

another minor problem is whenever it opens or click home page, the google text box isn't automatically selected so i have to click on the text box to search

now the major problems, some web pages do not load, the most notable is hotmail, runonce does not load as well, it just loads a blank white screen

another problem is i cannot get the security warnings to appear so i cannot install some programs such as flash, which leads to my next problem that videos do not display on any site

my 64 bit internet explorer runs fine, i have tried no add ons but the same problems still occur, i have reset internet explorer with the same problems and i have run the sfc thing and it said no problems found so no i am stuck

    i have a dell xps 1710
    t7400
    running vista 64bit

It may have to do with an improperly uninstalled add-on (or damage to the installation of another add-on) caused by kaspersky. A similar problem is described in this thread from TechTalkz.com, and the solution suggested in this post was to try running IE with no add-ons from:
If that solves the problem, then the harder part comes up - figuring out which add-on is broken.

There's a little more info direct from the horse's mouth (i.e., MS), in KB936213.

If this started after installing Kapersky, you might try removing it. After removing it and rebooting, run CCleaner to remove any stray registry entries. If IE7/8 works, you know the problem is the anti-virus suite.

hi shyster, the problem i am having isn't the ntdll.dll that was happening immediately before my current problem and hasn't happened since i removed kapersky, and i have already tried the no add ons which didn't solve my problems

kegobeer, i ran ccleaner but the problem still occurs

i am not too bothered as i have firefox and internet explorer 64 bit both working fine, i just would like this fixed

Are you sure? Unless you know what Kaspersky broke and know that you fixed it, it could still be a related issue. Try googling on the exception code that gets thrown in the error log to see what else comes up, because there were other issues that came up with that exception code other than the one related to ntdll.dll
