I was trying to enter my yahoo basketball fantasy draft and it wouldn't let me. It would just stall on the opening screen. I had to go on my friend's XP computer to enter the draft. Is there something wrong with Java working with Vista and Firefox??? And I already manually installed the Java prog and it still doesnt work.

Java works, just takes a freaking insane amount of resources that FF goes (not responding) for a few seconds while it loads up.

    Flash FTW.

Thats not the solution to this problem.

Did u download Java. If not this is the link

Check if java is enabled in firefox :

If Java is not working, make sure that "Enable Java" is selected in your Firefox Options:

    1. Open Firefox.
    2. Open the Firefox Options window:
At the top of the Firefox window, select the Tools menu, and select Options....
    3. Click the Content icon.
    4. Make sure that Enable Java is selected.
