To what extent should the features of this program be trusted? It provides a lot of tweaks and system cleaners/optimizers, but I feel like there's just too many of them for them to really work. The registry cleaner finds literally thousands of entries that it wants to fix... the system optimizer suggests forcing parts of system memory to the ram, etc...

Could someone with experience go through a few of the features and let us know if they are ok to use?

jv16 is a GREAT program but it is also VERY powerful. all features are ok to use to a extent unless you know what you are doing. for instance please only use the normal recc scans for the registry. also if you are not sure what the entry is DONT delete it. normally if you run the scan under normal settings and clean it i have never had anyone have issues that way. personally i dont even use all of the features. lmk if you have a specific question i have been using jv16 for a long time now.

I stopped using jv16 after they went commercial. It was a nice tool, but also quite risky to use. I recommend cCleaner as alternative, since it offers simple and a bit safer for day-to-day usage.

    cheers ...
