    laptop always stuck and hang

    i have really serious problem with my laptop.it always stuck and suddenly hang when i running certain application.for instant when i open winamp the song don't play well.the sound is stuck and it really take time to open,change another song or close the winamp.when my laptop hang,it immediately turn to blue screen and then restart by itself.what exactly my laptop problem :confused: :confused: :(

    we would need to know the model/specs of your laptop. considering the issues I had with my desktop (an old Athlon XP 2500+), it sounds a lot like your running older hardware that's being overwhelmed by what you're asking of it.

    another possibility is that if it's a new laptop and it's running Vista, you probably only have 1GB of RAM installed and it's used all that up, meaning you may need more memory.

    aside from those two possibilities, we need to know your specs before we can help you more...
