    Hello

I have taken a couple of videos that I want to hide some private details before uploading to the web.

    I have two questions here.
    1. what is the best and the easiest freeware to add masoic to video, no other functions required?
    2. After adding masoic, is it technically possible to reverse the effect and reveal the part that I want to hide?

(In fact, if I add plain color rectangular shape to the part of the video where I want to hide,, instead of masoic, is it still possible to reverse? )

Sony Vegas Pro, you can add a mosaic effect, well pretty much any video editing software can, you just need to play around with the settings, also there are plenty of video tutorials for that in YouTube.
