Not entirely sure, but I think Ranish Partition app might do this.

Is there data on both of them? If only on one (for sure if its on the first one), you could delete the second and expand the first.

Are you using Vista? MS finally included this functionality within their OS

    Resizing Partitions with Windows Vista:

    1. Click on the Start Button and right click on Computer and select Manage.
    2. Expand the Storage section and select Disk Management.
    3. Then just right click on any partition and select either Expand or Shrink to change the size of the partition.

This will allow you to safely resize your partitions without any data loss.

Well it would be a lot more complicated if you needed to preserve the data on both (though not really, you'd just have to download g-parted).

I just deleted my recovery partion using this method. But it won't let me expand my C drive.

Happened to me too. I wanted to create 2 more partitions: one for XP and one for data. I had to use g-parted to do that afterward. Vista, however, did not recognize these partitions. I had to delete them and recreated them in Vista. It worked out in the end though. Try it.

edit: I wasn't reading your post right. Look like I had the opposite problem. I was trying shrink it. But still it didn't give me an option to expand either.
