This may be a stupid question, but I'm new to using Outlook, so bear with me. Some of the emails in my inbox tell me that they are not yet fully downloaded from the server yet (or something like that). Why is it that some say this and some don't? Its annoying that I have to tell some of them to be downloaded before I can read them. Whats happening, and what can I do about it?

Are these emails with images? By default, Outlook blocks images unless you tell it it is OK to download images for a given sender.
This is a spam prevention strategy--if you open an email with images--and download them--the sender knows you opened the email. -
Few things to check-
Your anti-virus software settings
Spam blocker or even your ISP.
Someone sending you huge attachments? -
This is happening to any email, most of them are just short text emails with no attachments.
-
No attachments does not mean no pictures embedded.
How about a screen shot of the error?
