    mono to stereo ???

    Is there anyway to convert the mono audio file to the stereo file?

    There would not be a difference, if it's already mono converting it to stereo is not going to make it sound any different.

    You can screw with filtering and phase shifting to get fake stereo, but I don't bother. Audacity is one program that can do that kind of stuff. There are plenty of Wikis and Guides for audacity.

    Just leave the mono as mono.

    Some studios have decided that their all new spangly re-pressing of Blu-Ray movies from old mono films need to have a digitally converted stereo track from its mono original, personally it sounds weird and wooshy but because they have fiddled so much with it you cannot get back to the crystal clear original sound track which makes it worthless.
