    mouse and keyboard not working on windows 7 login screen

    i have ubuntu 10.04 and windows 7 installed in my lappy. Today i just reboot it ,and start windows 7 ,i got login screen but the mouse and keyboard simply doesn't work..
    I have tried it in safe mode also,but after login screen nothing happens..
    now plz suggest what to do???

    Does the keyboard work in Ubuntu? What laptop do you have?

    @pitabred:ya it's working fine on ubuntu.
    i have lenovo g550(c2d 2.2GHz,3Gb DDR3 ram)

    Turn off the laptop unplug the keyboard and mouse..Turn on again let it reboot and then plug them back....
