    Coolmine-

Thank you very much! It worked like a charm. Although it couldnt sync one song; it stated I was unauthorized?

What was the exact error ?

Try copy it through my computer and see if you get any errors, although not sure if the .mp3's in the ipod are properly labelled (if you view them through my computer that is) ;)

I used the program you referred me to in order to copy from my ipod to my itunes and wanted tyo sync, it told me I had to erase the data and start over. So I did that. Then I just got a message that I was not authorized to .... I cant recall the full message, it was something like, play or transfer, I am sorry, I know thats not very helpful. Perhaps its helpful to know that this is a song I purchased from the store, not a cd I had.

    Thank you

Hm, not sure if it possible to protect the mp3 from transferring it on a pc (to avoid sharing it etc) since i always buy cds and i never got a similar error. If you could replicate the error would be a lot easier to see if what i said above is possible or if its something else. Or maybe someone else that used the same buying method can verify that :)
