    mp3 bug only with media player?

    Ive read about a bug that corrupts your mp3 files when you play them. I have win7 7000 version and have noticed no problems and i havent downloaded the patch to cure the bug so I am wondering does this problem only occur if you play your mp3s with media player? I never use this programme anyway - always use a 3rd party one.

    lol just download the patch

    corruption occurs when you use windows explorer or windows media player to edit mp3 tags and the information is over a certain size.

    It's an automatic Windows update now by the way, I went to install the patch on my father's laptop and it said it was already installed.

    pretty much so when windows updated itself it fixed the mp3 problem

    In Windows Vista no any issue to play the MP3 file in media player
    but i don't know about windows7
    Is any help out me to download the windows7 version os
    thanks in advance....
