Hey, I'm looking for a good free program to edit mp3's if anyone could give me a suggestion it would help me out. The reason is I have a phone that plays mp3 ring tones and i need to cut the songs down to 25 seconds length. I also need to change the sampling freq. and bit rate to 64k or less. Thanks in advance.
