I ran msconfig, in one enrty there is only a box figure in the startup item and the command. Any idea what that process is ?

Whatever it is, if there's no name, get rid of it. I've seen similar things in my computer now and then, too; I go to regedit and delete the entry so that the box does not appear in msconfig.
If you have Windows Defender it may give you further info on the startup programs and their origin.
