so my vista partition is hiding.. and i can't seem to get to it.. i can't boot up into it either bcs "autochk is missing"....

    its a single harddrive 3 partitions vista/xp/xbuntu

xp works, vista is hidden/autochek missing,/xubuntu doesnt detect the other partitions... so i cant access it.

i tried to install cd to repair but it said it couldnt be repaired

Have you tried checking what flags are marked in GParted? Make sure your Vista partition doesn't have the flag "hidden" checked.

EDIT: One more thought. Has Vista ever worked since installing all three OS's?

Is the yup to checking the boot flags in GParted or have you not done that yet?

Also, have you tried to manually mount the NTFS partitions in linux?
