I can make bootable CD with XP Pro SP3 - 700MB

I can make bootable DVD with XP Pro SP2 - 730MB, includes drivers

but cant do bootable DVD with XP Pro SP3 - 4.6GB, includes drivers and other files  nLite cuts about 800MB off the ISO file for some reason and the image doesn't work of course when burned to a DVD.

    - is there a limitation on the size of a ISO image that can be created ?

Yea an ISO can only be up to about 4GB. You'd have to use another program to make an image that large with the folder that nLite creates instead of letting nLite create the ISO image.
