I have a computer video card NVIDIA GeForce 9600 GT.Am installed Windows 8.1 and has found that the 320.49 driver installed automatically. Then he found the 331.82 update that I installed over the other. A week after that I had some errors in a strategy game, which I thought were due to video driver - were at play -. Then I put a older driver - 327.23 though - over that 331.82, normal game went all wrong, and after I realized I still said to reinstall the latest driver 331.82 and take the same DVD that game . I do not see any problem installing drivers against each other, but from what I understand NVIDIA uninstall the old driver when you put another in place. I missed something? Installing nvidia driverelui - clean install - not recommended before. I often had problem when I installed it with clean.
Now I see that there are no problems, even though I installed the video driver 4 times, one more than celalalt.Ma think problems will arise later. Maybe you need to reinstall Windows?
