    need some help with this

    okay i was on the internet at ebgames.com we had just downloaded airport tycoon 3 (for my hubby) i went to restart the computer and after it restarted all of the fonts were changed..everything! including the welcome thing you get after logging in ..all of it! it was changed to where i couldn't read a thing..everything from the internet address bar to the welcome screen to every little letter..how do you change all of this?

    For Vista...

    Right click desktop>Personalize>Window Color and Appearance>Open Classic Properties...>Advanced

    If size is the problem...

    Under "Personalize" on the left hand side select "Adjust font size".

    i already did all of that..i go the fonts changed for the icons on the desktop..and for the start menu..but nothing else...so then i decided to go to system restore..once it restarted everything was changed back to the weird font..i think its webdings or something by the look of it..but even the internet address bar is in webdings and the welcome screen in the login part..i mean EVERYTHING!

    Hmm, I'd run an anti-virus/spyware scan to make sure your computer didn't get infected by something.

    okay i'm running ad-aware and nod32 right now. the only problem is everything is in webdings there too..so i can't see crap!

    i went into my windows folder in my c drive and all of the fonts were gone..
    i'm guessing thats what happened...now how do i get all of my fonts back

    does anyone know where i can download the fonts to put back in my font folder

    Do a system restore to an earlier date, this might recover the fonts.

    Start > Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore
