    It`s only if you have "Windows Vista SP1 and Windows Server 2008" as far as i can tell!!!!!!

    And, yes as Tinderbox said....

    And I would imagine for those with automatic updates enabled / at least show me available updates enabled, it would have been done automatically :) and I had a big time update yesterday which I think was part of the famed patch tuesday... but will have to check if this kb.... was there.. anyway, thanks again :)

    I do my full backup on Mondays so the second Tuesday MS updates can easily be backed out. Unlike a lot of folks, who wait for the monthly updates to settle a bit, I install them as soon as they are there.

    Oh me too, John... I prefer getting in the updates as and when they are available... I think its a good practice to do this.

    odd, I do have Vista 64-bit SP1 DVD, But I can only get manual new updates through Windows Updates, I just tried install standalone file no luck, look at pix below.
