    Just go here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:2

And install a theme by clicking the green button with the "Add to Firefox" written on it.

Usually, when you install it and restart FF, it gets used automatically but if not, then go to Tools > Add-ons and go to the Theme tab and use it.

First download the theme. Unpack it and go to the Themes tab on Firefox. Drop the .jar file from the unpacked folder into the theme window. And that should bring up an option to install it. Restart Firefox.

Some older themes may not be compatible with your version of Firefox.

go to tools and select add-ons. When the box opens up, you will see it.

ok i must be doing something wrong so i will try to tell u in detail what i'm doing so u can tell me where i screwed up. Once i select download on deviant art for the theme i want i get a box that says what should firefox do with the file.
options: open with java platform or browse. second: save/no option to select where to save. so i hit open with jave and it puts the file in the downloaded box. i right click the java file and open contianing folder. That shows all the files but i dont see a .jar file. So where did screw things up at? and thanks alot. ow also where is it downloading the files to? i cant seem to find them once i clear the downloaded box in FF

its not downloading the files anywhere (or it is, but its downloading to temp) because you chose open- you have to choose save. default save is to the desktop, you can change that in the options.

Thanks synic it worked. Not sure if i like that one i really want something with some color but i cant find one that works with the 3.0 version. So if any one has a nice one plz link it. Also with the add on's is there a way to make them an icon instead of them just being in the tool's option. for example the downthemall add on is in the tools options but i cant seem to get an icon on the page like it did with scrap book add on. Thanks for all the help as well.

ok luckily my system made a restore point before installing SP1 so everything is back to normal. I dont think i'm going to reinstall the SP1 unless some one can tell me why when i installed SP1 and re-patched the vista glazz files it messed up my system.
Any one on here using LimeWire that can help me with themeing it. I have never used it till now so i'm struggling a bit. thanks again.
