This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    nircmd monitor off - error?

    I have a question regarding the nircmd monitor off feature.

    I tried this, and my monitor won't stop blinking. It's like... BLANK, WAKES UP, BLANK, WAKES UP every second. To stop it I have to force shutdown my notebook. My notebook info is in my signature. I am using nircmd v2.15.

    What actually happened? :confused: I want to try again but my eyes is still blinking rapidly due to what just happened... :D
