newegg.com has Norton Internet Security 2006 "OEM" for 24.99 and "Retail" version for 39.99. What does OEM mean? What's the difference (other than the price) between the OEM version and the Retail version? I will only need to install it on one computer, but may need to reinstall it in the future if I have to for some reason. Thanks.

OEM stands for Original Equipment Manufacturer. Other than fancy packaging, the OEM and retail versions are the same software-wise

Chemistry is correct. One other thing, don't get Norton, it is junk and a waste. The other thing with OEM software, it may not be supported by Norton, since you are an OEM. Not sure how that works.
