You could try from any Office program: Help > Detect and Repair. See if that corrects it. If not, uninstall, use CCleaner to clean up the left over registry settings, and remove all Microsoft office folders from C:\Program Files. Try reinstalling and see what happens. I hear Revouninstaller is good too.

Does it try to reinstall for every program, or just Outlook? What you should do is try a "Complete" installation. Chances are that a feature or several are missing, and must be installed upon starting the software. If you do a complete install, you can avoid that; just make sure you have the free disk space available.

Just a word of advice, don't ever mentioned "a cracked version" of anything on this board. That's the quickest way to get your thread closed and you banned. ;)

Now, I would suggest trying to repair it as well. I was having this issue on my sister's computer, but it resolved after I just let it "install" itself. You tried that, however, and it did not work. As someone suggested, I would make sure that it is completely uninstalled, including folders, registry entries, etc. the next time and then reinstalling the legal copy. Also, make sure that you don't have the MS Office 2007 trial software on your computer anywhere. That could be causing the issue as well. For anything more advanced than that, you better hope one of the experts sees this and weighs in. :D Good luck.

Maybe try a reformat? Otherwise, I would check the event logs for an error or other information pertaining to the software starting. Maybe it will tell you it cannot find a component.
