    In calendar, after I make a repetitive appointment, the box will sometimes say "the contents of his appointment have been updated. Open this appointment to see the updated text."

    how do I get rid of this.

    If you can help me then you must be a office pro coz i have searched every where for answer.

    Never seen this before.

    I assume you are connected to an Exchange box. Is it a work box? What version of Exchange server are they using?
