    outlook 2007 pulled all my emails to the computer and left my email empty , i want only to take copies and i want to upload again emails what outlook did pull , can any one help me with settings?

    i did the download a copy thing , but i can't find upload emails in help please give me the key words or anything that my help

    Oh boy. This is the nature of POP3. It pulls down your email from the server and then deletes them off the mail server. It was developed at a time before web interfaces for your email account.

    Outlook allows you to resend the emails to yourself. But it can be time consuming. You would have to open each email, go under other actions, select Resend. It sends to the email exactly how it is addressed, without altering it.

    To automate this, you would have to write a VBA script.

    omg , windows live mail didn't do this to me , the problem is that i HATE live mail
