    picture and fax viewer

    so recently.. i was browsing through my photo folder.. and i realize how its not showing the preview of each file in thumbnails.. i tried right clicking and open manually with picture and fax viewer.. but nothing happens.. i didn't install the program.. so what's going on? how can i get it to show preview of the picture in thumbnails? thanks for the help.

    Don't feel stupid, I unregistered the dll too. Just reinstall the DLL:

    Start, Run:
    regsvr32 -i %windir%\system32\shimgvw.dll
    Enter.

    Tada!

    Yeah, I got that problem too, I don't know if this will work for you ,but for me I just simply closed the folder, and re-opened it, and then the picture on the thumbnails appeared!
