Basically I need to format my pen drive/ flash drive to GUID partition type, recognizable as a boot partition type for Mac OS x in my pc. I can't find anything that will allow me to do this.

Anyone know of any software that supports this partition/format type?

I just verified this is doable on W7 although I should point out most of my flashdrives have the removable bit changed so the drives are not seen as removable. W7 only seems to give NTFS as the formating option though.

I'm totally unfamiliar with Mac but seems wierd that you cannot boot from an MBR type unless you were maybe trying to boot something like the Mac OS itself.
