    hello all, im having this big problem since few days ago.... actually im using the laptop via safe mode right now and it works perfectly. but in normal mode the pc wont even open up a file it just stays loading forever. i already tried a clean boot but the problems still persist. can someone give me more tips to see if i get it to work right. thanks

    Well what model are you talking about? General help doesn't help us if we don't have make and model? We need that info before even starting a help ticket?

    but as Storm said, we are not mind readers so make/model/cpu/gpu & driver/ram/ssd/hdd
    when it started, what was loaded around the time of it starting etc
