    problems with windows XP proffesional!!!

    Hello,anybody having problems with hotmail,or some web pages!!!!!.Seems when i try to check my mail the page comes up different,all the stuff is on the left of screen and pics with a big x where they should be showing also some web pages do this too..sometimes ill have to load the page 5-6 times before it shows like its suppose to...been going on for a few weeks i thought i might have a virus and reformatted drive reinstalled windows but it still does it,anybody else having these issues.....?

    P.S. my latop with vista HP has no issues at all.

    I'd second that.

    For some reason your connection is possibly to slow and you get a timeout - reasons - there are possibly numerous reasosn, this is a good first step.

    To me, images that come up as boxes with Xs signify a possible Java issue. You might want to download the latest Java update and/or do some Java troubleshooting on their site.

    Not all pictures use Java to display.
    You can have pictures displayed via simple HTML...

    Im using internet explorer 6 and 7 browser, because now my laptop is doing it too!!which has vista HP,my internet speeds are good so iam at a loss,if i can get a pic of it ill post it,thanks for all the help so far.
    It also could be on micrsoft side also? :confused:

    Try using Firefox, it is faster and more secure than Internet Explorer.
