    office 2010 only allow a limited number of computers to be installed with one product key.

    If I install once and then reformat the whole laptop and install the office the second time, will this count as one pc or as second pc?

    You can reformat as many times as you want the same PC.It would still count as one PC.

    Yeah, it's essentially the same as an OS install, you can install it as many times as you like on the same PC.

    The ideea is that you can use it over and over again on those computers. If you want to install office on other computer (a new one) than you must sacrifice one who has already installed
