last night i used SUPER to convert some vids i downloaded to put on my ipod. i used the apple ipod setting, should i have used the apple ipod 5.5g setting? all went well. but went i finished watching one of the vids the picture goes white and it replays the audio from beginning to end all in one video. is there any way to stop this? also one of the vids i converted must have disappeared because it didnt show up in my folder of converted vids. when i went to convert it again but it said that the file already exists. something tells me SUPER is not all its cracked up to be. :(

Sounds like a problem I had coverting .flv files into .avi. It seems as though SUPER has some problems converting between some formats directly where the video/audio don't sync or the conversion constantly fails.

My solution was to convert from .flv to .wmv then from .wmv to .avi. See if converting to another video format beforehand works for you (like MPEG1 or WMV)

Super really hates me and my computer, so I used MediaCoder. It works like a charm :)

    Good Luck

    Hm...weird

By crashed do you mean you get an error message of some sort? I got that once but you will still see the icon for MediaCoder running in your toolbar; once you click that it should come up.

I am running Vista 32-bit Business, by the way.

the error message simply stated that it stopped working and taskbar icon would disappear. i uninstalled it though. i have vista 32-bit Home Premium.
