I have used various programs successfully to dynamically allocate HDD cache functions over to available system ram, greatly speeding the loading of many (though not all) applications. Best of all seems to be loading browser (especially Firefox) commonly used URLs.

Problem is, I have Googled til the cows come home and I cannot find a satisfactory program that is safe and "certified" (even by a reputable user group), so I am not willing to take the risk. I have read that some of these programs can do a lot of damage, even voiding warranties.

    Any suggestions appreciated.
