I have DELL Latitude E6530, while doing factory reset through USB... It is formatted the C Drive and doesn't install the Windows 8 Pro.
Now I have Laptop with no OS.
I have asked the Dell asked for Recovery Disks and they told me they will not provide recovery disks.

How to get the recovery disks for my DELL LATITUDE E6530?
    Please help me.

The legit way to obtain them would be to buy them from Dell, they'll probably charge something ridiculous for the discs though. If you know someone with a Windows 8 Pro install disc, that would work too.
