    Hello, does ccleaner work on win7 correctly? And also does the reg cleaner which is build in ccleaner work correctly? Or is there any other reg cleaner?

    thx

    @edit:
    oh and some random question: win7 made a rly fast format when installing (clicked format and 2 sec´s later it was done).. should i better make a real fformat which takes longer?

    @edit2:
    oh and somehow my live messenger acts strange too.. it always makes 2 windows in the start bar.. and never minimize to tray :x

    looks like it knows win7, yes?

    about edit1: no, quickformat is great. it's the same. it just says "this disk is empty". the original made this: "this disk is empty" and then fills all with 0.

    about edit2: if you want to make it minimize to try, you have to go to the executable of messenger (c:\program files\windows live messenger\messenger.exe or something), and set in it's properties the compatibility mode to vista. (or, in the startmenu, search for windows live messenger, and rightclick on it, and chose compatibility assistent, and set it with that one to vista). this new behaviour is strange, but they want to get apps out of the system tray.

    i like ccleaner very much. but you shouldn't use it often, as there is no need on vista or win7. once all half year is certainly enough. or once each " why is my os suddenly behaving different".

    the registry got virtualized very much in vista, and doesn't have much problem with "bloat" of what ever kind anymore.

    is there a mouseaccel problem with win7? haven't heard of one (yet), haven't experienced one myself as well.

    or is it specific to your mouse? if so, check the manufacturer of your mouse for drivers.
