    Hi all,

I recently downgraded my Toshiba Satellite C855D-S5430 from Windows 8 to Windows 7. I seem to be missing a display driver. Toshiba's official drivers listing only has a driver for Windows 8. Anyone know where I can find one for Windows 7? I'm wary of installing anything I came across when I googled it.

    Any suggestions?

Windows update manager sometimes will get you started. Otherwise it's best to go to the component manufacturer's site (Intel for Intel drivers, NVidia/AMD for NVidia/AMD drivers, etc.)

On rare occasions, you'll need to hunt down an archived driver, sometimes from a mirror site/file hosting site like Media Fire or Cnet.
