    There isn't one.

I am, however, curious as to what happened when you installed the T9500.

^ CPU incompatible/not recognised by the BIOS.
If there is not a BIOS update available, there is no way you'll be able to get that CPU to work. (and you meant T9500 or P9500, you did state 1066MHz FSB)

You may be able to custom-order a BIOS that will work from BIOSMAN. It's always a risk flashing to an unofficial BIOS, but they're still in business, so they definitely do know quite a bit about writing BIOS'es. However it would still downclock by 25%, making the 2.53 GHz processor run at 1.9 GHz - not exactly an upgrade.

I'm a little confused as to what processor you have now. Your sig says T9300 (2.5 GHz) but the link in the above post says T5550 (1.83 GHz) and was posted yesterday. The best upgrade you could do, short of Extreme, which appears to work looking at Dook's sig, is a T9500, but the T9500 is at 2.6 GHz with an 800 MHz FSB. The T9 400 is 2.53 GHz with 1066 FSB.

I guess the OP upgraded (or tried to upgrade) to the P9500.
BIOSMAN (is now more into the BIOS chip sales) provides the custom BIOS on a pre-flashed PLCC or DIP chip, and if the OP's notebook does not have a socketed chip, he'll have to modify and flash the BIOS himself. (but from where will he get the new CPU micro-code..??)

Best to check out WIM's BIOS for enhanced and custom BIOSs. (or buy a montevina-based notebook)
