Say you wanted to schedule 1:1 mock interviews between students and alum.
You want to add rules such as:
    - max 4 total interviews per student
    - max 2 consecutive interviews (back to back) per student
    - try to have 2 morning and 2 afternoon sessions per student.

What software/site would you use? Do CRM tools come into play here? Will have to avoid programming.
    Thanks!

I don't have the faintest clue as to what site/software is reputable and user friendly, but just as a suggestion: If you haven't already tried, you can ask on a teacher/teacher + student forum. There are a ton of them and many with free registration (no credentials necessary).

Hopefully someone here has some software/site specific suggestions as well. :)

Thanks. I'm going to suggest something the low-tech like having students sign up themselves on a piece of paper, and formatting the paper so that criteria can be more easily verified visually.
