Hi, not sure if this is the right section to post this.
    I have windows 7 64bit with Sager 8662 Nvidia 260m GPU.
I've been running it since April, awesome laptop no issues with Vista, nor have I with Windows 7.
I opened up my laptop and now I have this strange discoloration happening. I noticed when I shut down from updating the drivers the discoloration goes away. When I boot up on the signon screen there's no discoloration, only about 10 seconds after it's loading the desktop. So I figured it was a software issue after calling Sager tech support he seemed confused as well. I did a system restore and uninstalled the Nvidia drivers, reinstall, same issues all the way around. Did a Advanced System Optimization and still same issue. When I created a New User on windows, while I'm switching users, while on the switchign screen no discoloration.
I don't have a monitor that has HDMI nor do I have another Monitor with DVI. So that troubleshooting isn't possible that way right now. It seems as though there's a program running that causes this as it only happens about 10 seconds after loading the desktop. I tried disabling everything still same issue. However seldom when I restart on the bios screen that is discolored too. Can anyone help with this troubleshooting? I know computers fairly well but this problem has caused me to come to the forums. I've attached a picture.. if anyone could help I'd be very grateful!
The tech said he couldn't really see the discoloration? These pictures were taken with a quality camera, not printscreen.

My best guess would be that there could be something wrong with the graphics card...

The only real way to definitely troubleshoot this is an external display... so it looks like we are stuck here :(

Could you download HWMonitor, and post your tempuatures here? :)
