    Hi

I went on this web site http://snakefoot.fateback.com/tweak/winnt/services.html, and I was trying to disable certain services. But there is no option to disable, only Start or Stop. Is this the same as disable service?

    Thanks

No it's not. if you just stop the service it could start back up at anytime or for sure when you reboot. To disable a service just double click on the service you want to disable, then when the dialog box opens, select the pull down menu "startup type" and select disable.
