I have bought a asus u6sg with a wireless 3g card from sierra (the card is named, mc8775v). But I can not get it to work.

I have downloaded and installed the software from asus homepage, but the program from asus does not find the modem and I can not find the modem in the Device Manager (it should show up there, rigth?).

Does anyone used this modem? How did it work for you, did you find it in the device manager?

Is the card attached correctly to the PCI port (PCI right?) inside the notebook?
