System running on 128GB SSD , but with 25GB of free space
Never happened before, even when the free space dropped to less than 1GB

See screenshots. Is it a RAM problem or failure?
I tried refresh the desktop but the problem does not go away

It also happens to other folders.

is my PC infected with virus?? or is it a sign of failure of any hard drives or other hardware??

After reboot to the normal mode, the problem disappeared, however , after some hours, it happens again now.

Why does it happen??? is it the windows ' bug or any sign of RAM or hardware failure??

As mentioned previously, it looks like a Windows error or perhaps another program which has mucked with Windows.

You could try a clean install to rule out any hardware issues.

Sounds like a corrupted install or updates. There is not much you can do to fix this then other then a clean Fresh install and then do a Windows update to fix the problem. That is the only way to fix your problem now.
