    ok im soon to getting a usb modem for the laptop when working away , im looking for some software that i can manage how much i use per day and alert me.

    ill have 3gb allowance a month so want to limit it to 100mb a day . mainly will be used for msn and a little browsing.

    any recommendations please

    thanks but thats no good for me it wants to connect to some server as soon as i try run it .
    im on wireless so maybe thats why it wont connect , anything else ?
