This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     has the process begun yet?
    i purchased my vaio in early september and pre-registered as instucted here

    it said i qualified for it and that they would email before the 22nd of october with further instructions etc but ive still not recieved/herd from them

    ive seen some posts about the upgrades in Australia and thr US ans was wondering about the UK???
